With the tidal wave of digital and DVD re-issues showing little sign of slowing, one interesting development has been the licensing of old music. Potentially tied in to the same debate as the recent writer's strike (and looming potential actor's strike), a lot of DVDs are now bypassing the issue by being released with new scores.
